Reminder of Community Guidelines for Patio, Balcony, Terrace, Parking, and Dogs
Summary:
This notice provides essential reminders to maintain a safe, organized, and attractive community:

Personal Property Limitations: Only one table and two chairs are permitted on patios, balconies, and terraces. No linens, clothing, or other items should be hung from these areas, and garbage should be kept indoors until disposed of properly.

Dog Policy Compliance: All dogs must be registered with management. Dogs should be leashed when outside, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Only dogs under 25 lbs are permitted, with a maximum of two pets per unit. Emotional support dogs must wear a vest identifying them as support animals.

Parking Requirements: A valid resident parking permit is required. Guest parking is limited to guests only, and any guest staying over 72 hours requires a temporary pass. Violations, such as parking in unauthorized areas, may result in towing.
